An initial non-refundable deposit of $400 per person is required in order to secure your reservations. If you are using an instant purchase airfare, a deposit equal to the amount of the airfare plus $200 per person will be required. Additional deposit amounts may also be necessary to obtain specific airfares. Some lodging companies require higher deposits. Final payment is due 45 days prior to trip departure. Final payments for Holiday season may be required sooner. You will receive all of your necessary trip documents approximately 14 days prior to your scheduled departure date. However, trip documents, including airline tickets, will not be sent until final payment is received in our office. For reservations made within 45 days of departure, full payment is due to confirm your reservation. Monies received within 30 days of departure, must be made via certified check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents to his/her travel companions or group members. A $35 charge applies for returned checks.
